Where do I pick up my Bento Bundle?Your badge will be shipped but you can pick up your bento box at the ConnectiCon Merch Booth in the Level 6 Daily Market (Booths B11/B12), across from the Prime Stage entrance. Staff available: 11am Friday, 9am Saturday, 9am Sunday.

What does the Quicksilver Pass include? One Quicksilver Lane voucher per day (Fri–Sun) to skip ahead of the main autograph line for any guest.
How do I pick up my vouchers? Vouchers must be picked up in person by the VIP badge holder starting Friday, July 17, 2026 at 11am. An email will provide exact pickup location details.
Are there restrictions on voucher use? A full FAQ will be posted, but guidelines include: no guest restrictions, some timing rules, ADA accommodations, and standard item limits.

Is preferred seating guaranteed? Not guaranteed for every event, but extremely likely. About 275 preferred seats are reserved for only 120 Golden Ticket VIPs.
Where is the preferred seating located? Dedicated seating areas in every panel room and both performance stages, focused on front‑row, center‑stage positions.
Does preferred seating reduce ADA seating? No. ADA seating remains fully protected, and ConnectiCon typically exceeds ADA requirements by reserving closer to 10% aisle seating for ADA guests.
