  • A member with a disability may request a sticker to be placed on their badge by the disability services desk at registration, indicating that a member may request reasonable accommodations as required during the event.
  • A member with a disability may designate one person at a time in their group as helper, with all accomodations the helper will be able to stay with the member with a disability during any accommodations.
  • For membership pick up or purchases, those who need accommodations with the registration line can alert a member of our team to be escorted to the disability services registration table.
  • Those needing accommodations and an autograph session will receive priority access. These individuals should check in with a staff member managing the line whenever they arrive at a session, whether the session has begun or not.
  • Designated areas in main events and panel rooms will be reserved for those in need. A sticker will be required for seating in reserved areas or be accompanied by a member with a sticker.
    • Only 1 assistant will be able to sit in the designated area at a time.
    • There will reserved seating socially distant seating available for immunocompromised members
